Google groups combine email lists with simple web forums

Google groups offer a convenient way to involve members of groups or organizations in online discussion without creating too much of technological barrier. Participants can chose to view messages posted to the group in their email, or in the google groups web interface.

users with gmail accounts or google plus accounts gain additional functionality by connecting to those resources.

This blog provides a forum for sharing techniques, opportunities and resources that support best practices in teaching and learning. Contributors include faculty from the colleges and universities of the Interlink Alliance.

The Interlink Alliance holds as its central purpose the development and preparation of African-American students to learn, live, and lead in the 21st Century. Drawing on a historic legacy of access and opportunity, member institutions will leverage synergistic strengths to foster student and faculty development. The alliance’s mission is to recruit, retain, and encourage talented individuals to achieve their full potential for the betterment of community and society.
